1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

- Production Time: All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.
- Processing Time: It takes 1 - 2 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
- Shipping Time: Shipments within the USA take 2 - 8 days. Typically it takes up to 7 - 14 business days to arrive at an international address. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.

2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We've actually made this super simple! You can click here to see the status of your order.

3. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from xasipuzzle. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.
